Become a Vendor
Interested in joining us as a vendor for the 2019 Chevy Chase Street Fair?
Review the 2019 Vendor Packet and complete the application to be be considered for a vendor booth.
May 10th: Chevy Chase vendors who have an application in by this date will get priority.
May 31st: Registration for vendors is due*. Please register early. Preference will be given to local businesses and neighborhood vendors, outside vendors will be invited to participate after this day.
June 21st: All alcohol vendors must provide a certificate of insurance showing liquor liability in the amount of $1 million in limits while also naming the LFUCG as an additional insured.**. This is in compliance with the city. If a copy of the certificate is not received by June 28th, you will NOT be able to attend the street fair as a vendor.
July 5th: All payments for vendor booth setup must be received by this date. If not received, vendor space will be opened up to other potential vendors.
September 21st: Rain Date
*Vendors will be notified by email of approval or rejection for set up, in early May.
**Please note: no application will be sent to the Committee for approval until payment is received.
